Nuova Marea Ltd is now almost three years old, with a team of five (15 years experienced) engineers in marine electronics anddesign.
We have concluded:

The design and manufacturing of marine type interfaces, used worldwide on all types of sea-going vessels. • A novel gas detection system called: “wireless black box” for shipyards for the Safety @ Work council. • The complete nav-com bridges of more than ten prestige luxury new building yachts per year. • ECDIS, SVDR installations and VDR annual surveys.
On going R&D projects include:

The digitization of Hellenic ports for use for training on navigation simulators. • Development of Enhanced VDR with logbooks. • Tsunamis preparedness facility.
